Because email marketing is a fairly new tool, we are adept at providing a variety of consulting services. Our most popular consulting services are the seminars and training courses on email marketing, which engage a wide variety of audiences. White papers and case studies serve clients as both a way to induce a direct response as well as justification for expanding email marketing services throughout an organization. Finally, we provide marketing audits, competitive assessments, SWOT analysis, etc. to know where an organization can most effectively communicate their strengths to a target audience.

Email Campaigns
The core of our service is the email campaign. Usually, quarterly packages are best for "one time only" event promotions, political campaigns, and product announcements. Annual packages are best for organizations interested in providing information, updates, coupons, special offers, etc. through newsletters. We offer a number of enhancements and plug-ins that protect the customer and allow an email campaign to be successful.

List Services
As a full service email marketing firm, we provide a wide range of email list services. We manage, upload, and build existing client lists. We rent and broker outside lists from Emphasis approved affinity list providers. We partner with the largest email list houses to either append your customer information for email addresses or reverse append your email addresses for customer information. With appending, clients are only charged for what we successfully match and deliver.

Starter KITS
Starter KITS are for organizations that see the value of email marketing, but need help building their own email list asset. We provide a website link and form where users can "opt-in" to a list. We upload contact information from a spreadsheet to a list. We develop sign up forms and strategies to capture contact information. All this information is added to a client "owned" list that is virtually hosted and managed on our server.
