Email marketing has drastically changed in a short amount of time. First there was spam, broadcast out to anyone and everybody whether requested or not. In the last few years improvements were made with companies offering opt-in and permission based email. Now Emphasis takes the evolution of email marketing to the next level by focusing on creating a direct response from the people it touches. We raise the bar on the level of design, creativity, thought and personalization so true customer satisfaction and campaign effectiveness is achieved.

Direct Response
Our vision focuses on email creating a direct response from the people it touches. Our message breaks through the clutter. Instead of delivering the same, old, boring text based email, you provide a dynamic template with a specific look and feel. The email enhances customer relationships and encourages further dialog. It is desired, worth opening, and worth acting on.
Permission Based Opt-in
Companies have recently started to become more responsible with their email. Though still primarily text based, more thought is given to layout and design of permission based email. HTML elements, usually banners, are becoming more common. Unfortunately, email is still poorly segmented with little personalization. This type of email is now approaching bulk status in noise and saturation level.
Broadcast Spam
Companies, mostly unscrupulous and often offensive, find the Internet to be a high volume low cost medium for pushing out their message. Spam is a numbers game (the bigger the list the better) where messages are sent and forgotten. The message itself is usually text based with few or no images. The message is not relevant and often offensive to the user.
