Build Your Own List
Starter KITS (Keep In Touch Systems) are for organizations that tell us "We're really interested in email marketing. However, we don't have email addresses. We don't want to do list rental. What do you suggest we do?"

Starter KITS are an effective way to help organizations build their own email list. This email list becomes a valuable marketing asset for the client as it grows over time. It is important to note that the email list belongs to the client and is only used by us upon client approval.

Virtual Upload and Host
We provide a two pronged strategy for uploading personal information and email addresses. First we provide an HTML link, which clients post on their websites (or websites). This link takes a user to a form where personal information, including an email address, is entered and uploaded to a hosted location on our server. Someone coming to your website can "opt-in" not only himself or herself, but others that are interested in receiving information and communication from you.

Second, if you already have a large number of contacts in a database, simply send them to us in a spreadsheet and we will upload them all at once. All uploaded information is safely and virtually hosted on an Emphasis server. The lists are stored for use in future email campaigns only upon client approval.

Physical Sign Up Form
A physical sign up form is an effective and necessary tactic. The trick is knowing when, where, and how to make a request to clients for their personal information and email addresses. Depending on the type of client, we provide a number of strategies. From coupons and discounts to event sign-ups and announcements to in-store displays and POPs (Point Of Purchases), we customize a program that offers a true value proposition for the customer and results in a growing email list asset.
