Manage and Build Internal Lists
If clients already have a large number of contacts in a database, the data is simply sent to us and then segmented and uploaded before an email send. Depending on the size of the database, the data is hosted on our server and changes constantly as people opt-in and opt-off the list.

Besides managing, we focus on building the internal list. We provide an HTML link, which clients post on their websites (or websites). This link takes a user to a form where personal information, including an email address, is entered. Someone coming to the client website can "opt-in" not only himself or herself, but others that may be interested in receiving information and communication as well.

Rent and Broker Outside Lists
We only work with and use reliable and honest list providers that offer true value for the client. A common misconception is outside lists only come from spammers. In reality, a large portion of rented lists are "affinity" lists.

Affinity lists come from trade journals, websites, and organizations geared towards certain industries, specific interests, geographical areas, age groups, etc. This way your email touches people that value your communications and are likely to click-thru, forward, and opt-in to your list in order to receive more information from you in the future.

Email Append and Reverse Append
Your organization has built a great database of customers' information. Now you want to start marketing via email, but you do not have the email addresses. We utilize our strategic alliance with the largest email list houses in the country to append your database.

How does appending work? A copy of your customer database is sent to us for the email append. After the email addresses of your customers are located, a "soft" welcome email notification is sent to them introducing the benefits of receiving email from your organization. If they do not opt-out, the email addresses are added to your file and returned to you.

The opt-out option is an important part of the process, because it protects your most valuable assets, your brand and integrity. However, the most important feature of this service is price. You are only charged for the number of email addresses that we are able to successfully match and deliver.

Because many companies know nothing more than the email addresses of their website visitors, we also provide reverse email appending. We are able to take your existing email database and append it for vast amount of information such as name, mailing address, demographics, etc. Again, you will only be charged for the records we are able to match!
